What is Kiba?
Kiba is an interview preparation accelerator. We strive to transform your otherwise aimless half-year of interview prep into a targeted few months. We help candidates who could eventually break into FANG on their third attempt to succeed on their first.
|
You should be a solid engineer who is intrinsically motivated to work for a FANG-level company. We'll share our formula to enhance your interview performance. Our goal is to drastically cut down your preparation time and improve your odds at getting an offer.
|
Who is Kiba for?
Kiba is aimed at engineers with at least one year of full-time professional experience. The techniques we teach are applicable to interviews from entry- to senior-level.
Students should have basic (if rusty) familiarity with core algorithms and data structures and display proficiency with at least easy-level Leetcode problems. |
Small startups are great, but Kiba is designed for students who seek to work at a FANG-level company with the ensuing interview gauntlet that entails. This is not just limited to Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google but any company in that tier (e.g., Stripe, Airbnb, Uber, Twilio). If you have the ambition to strive for FANG, we'll teach you the formula to succeed.

About Kiba
After years of working in startups, we decided it was time to consider working at a top public tech company to experience the larger scale work and higher, liquid compensation that comes with it.
Having heard horror stories of people preparing for a year, grinding out 500+ Leetcode problems, and still failing their interviews, we were worried if we'd ever make the cut. We steadily identified patterns to solving problems and techniques to optimize our time in interviews and shared these tips with each other in weekly mock interviews. |
We received offers from Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Square, and Box, and we turned down rounds with other great companies like Coinbase and Robinhood because we just didn't have time to interview at them all!
We've spent the past year distilling our learnings into a program to help others maximize their time training for these interviews. Some students from our beta classes have already received offers from companies like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Square with total compensation over $400K. We hope to help more students find this same level of success! |
